カーネル提供のipw2200をモジュールで使う

結論: ipw2200をモジュールで使う場合は，ieee80211もモジュールにする必要がある．
ふと気付いたらipw2200パッケージがmaskされており，

とwarningが出たので，カーネル提供のipw2200モジュールを使うことにした．
ここでipw2200をカーネルに組み込んだ場合，ipw2200-firmwareを起動時のramdiskに入れる必要がある．わざわざそれをしたくなかったため，モジュールとしてカーネル(suspend2-sources-2.6.19-r2)を再構築した．
しかし，再起動後にkernel panic．原因はieee80211がカーネルに組み込まれていることだった．
